Ariane Hotzel is an Ayurveda expert, a values-oriented systemic coach, and a catalyst for change at the intersection of salutogenesis, resilient living, and modern personal development. For over 20 years, she has dedicated herself with deep passion to the practice and teaching of Ayurveda. Her focus lies consistently on the creation and preservation of health, as well as the strengthening of inner resilience—far removed from rigid dogmas and the pressure for constant optimization so prevalent in our modern age. Ariane’s path is shaped by a deep and well-founded wealth of knowledge drawn from both East and West. In addition to comprehensive training in Ayurveda therapy, Yoga-Ayurveda therapy, health and nutrition counseling, and as a yoga and meditation teacher, she possesses extensive advanced qualifications in Ayurveda as well as in personal development and psychology, and specializes in values-oriented and systemic coaching.
In a society that often conflates longevity with a technocratic obsession with optimization, Ariane places her trust in the power of constancy and natural rhythms. She makes a radical break with modern perfectionism—an approach that bypasses the human being at their core and disregards their intrinsic system. For her, Ayurveda represents the most primal "operating system" for longevity—a practical compass that harmonizes biological resilience with a zest for life. She believes that sustainable health is not born of prohibitions or pressure, but rather of finding meaning, fostering community, and taking small, actionable steps in everyday life.
She brings this living bridge between deep tradition and modern practice to bear not only in her role as a course instructor at the Rosenberg Ayurveda Health Center, but also in her work as a coach and consultant—specifically in business and executive coaching, as well as in corporate health management.
At the Ayurveda Symposium, she enriches the program with her presentation: “The Legacy of Centenarians—Why Ayurveda Is the World’s Most Original ‘Blue Zone’.” Drawing on expertise cultivated over more than two decades, she demonstrates how to master the art of joyful living—one that transcends mere self-optimization—to foster greater *Ojas*, inner stability, and natural vitality. At the same time, she offers practical insights into how Ayurveda therapists and consultants can strategically leverage the current longevity trend in their own practice, enabling them to connect with clients on a deep and lasting level through a sense of purpose and genuine *joie de vivre*.
