
Léini Siebenaller, HP, MSc Ayurvedic Medicine, is a Heilpraktiker, Ayurveda therapist, phytotherapy specialist, and lecturer with extensive clinical experience in integrative Ayurveda medicine. Following her postgraduate studies in Ayurvedic Medicine, academically validated by Middlesex University London, she established her own Ayurveda practice in Trier, where she works diagnostically and manual-therapeutically with a strong focus on holistic patient care.
Her work centres on Ayurvedic nutrition, medicinal plants, detoxification, and the therapeutic use of herbs and spices in preventive and clinical settings. Through many years of experience in Panchakarma nutrition and clinical Ayurveda practice, she developed a special expertise in Ayurvedic phytotherapy, gut health, metabolism, and nutrition-based therapies.
As associated Heilpraktiker at the Rosenberg Ayurveda Health & Treatment Centre, she accompanies selected medical Panchakarma therapies and integrative treatment programmes. As lecturer at the European Academy of Ayurveda (REAA), she is especially appreciated for her practical, grounded, and clinically relevant teaching style.
At the Ayurveda Symposium 2026, Léini Siebenaller will speak on “Gut–Hormone Axis: Bridging Modern Research and Ayurveda”, exploring the relationship between intestinal health, metabolism, hormones, and chronic inflammatory processes from both modern scientific and Ayurvedic perspectives.
