The elements behind the doshas - for a deeper understanding in therapeutic practice

The elements doctrine is significant not only for Indian philosophy and medicine. Also in Greece and China the world was described about elements. It is only important that one must not equate the terms in different systems, even if they are superficially the same. In the sense of archetypal archetypes, the elements can still be understood today as effective quantities in our world of experience. But also very concretely with regard to our physicality, exciting perspectives arise through the view of the elements. The digestive fire - Agni - is directly connected with the fire element and shows how an element can work in the metabolism. The hierarchy of the elements leads from the material to the spiritual - body and psyche can be better understood in their interaction also through the elements.
