Heart attacks are the ongoing number 1 cause of death in the western world with our eating habits and lifestyle. In the global ranking of average life expectancy, we in Germany ranked somewhere between 25th and 30th in the world in 2019, depending on the statistics. As you can see, there is still considerable room for improvement.
Diet and lifestyle, which are the main suspects for many diseases in the world, yet vary quite significantly around the world. Accordingly, scientific research has shown that people from different cultures have developed different diseases and disorders. In this seminar I will look at the topic of high blood pressure from different angles and give you ideas on how to stay "heart healthy" or normalize your elevated blood pressure without medication.
