Thomas Stecher Sharma is a Practitioner of Natural Medicine TEN and has been practicing as a therapist and accountability partner since 2004. Together with his wife Poonam, he co-founded the Sanapurna – Center for Ayurveda, Yoga, and Naturopathy in Zurich in 2011. He holds a Master of Science in Ayurvedic Medicine and was trained primarily in Phytotherapy, Nutrition, and Orthomolecular Medicine as part of his TEN education. Together with a dedicated team of therapists, he develops personalized health solutions. For over 20 years, he has focused on the topic of cancer due to a family history and links the Ayurvedic concepts of Prakriti, Vikriti and Triguna in his exploration of the aspect of epigenetics.
