Kathleen Platek MD (D)

Physician, MSc in Ayurvedic Medicine
After completing her medical studies, Kathleen Platek began her medical work in further training, initially in the field of internal medicine. Against the background of her growing interest in the field of psychosomatic medicine, she then changed the direction of her residency training and has since been working as a physician in further training for psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy. She is currently employed at the University Hospital in Giessen. While working, she began her main studies in Ayurvedic medicine at the European Academy of Ayurveda after previously training as a Medical Ayurvedic Specialist.
