Carina Preuß is the daughter of the owner family of the Ayurveda Parkschlösschen in Traben-Trarbach. Already at the age of 15 she got to know and love Ayurveda through her first temporary jobs in the house. Today she is the manager of the well known 5 star Ayurveda and Panchakarma Resort as well as Yoga teacher and passes on her living Ayurveda knowledge in lectures, on her Instagram channel and in her brand new My Ayurveda Lifestyle Online Course.
