Conditions of participation and contract<\/h1>

The registration<\/strong>
must be made in writing or online using the appropriate registration form.<\/p>

Payment method<\/strong>
After registration you will receive a booking confirmation with invoice. The invoice amount is payable by bank transfer no later than two weeks before the event. Accommodation is not included in the participation fee.<\/p>

Booking<\/strong>
If a seminar is fully booked, you will be informed immediately. In the event that the seminar or training is not completed, no further claims for reimbursement or liability can be made over and above the amounts received by us. We also reserve the right to replace those lecturers named in our programs or on the Internet with correspondingly different specialists.\u00a0<\/p>

Cancellation<\/strong>
If you are unable to attend the event, we will always accept a replacement participant at no extra charge.<\/p>

If you wish to cancel your registration completely instead, the following fees will apply:<\/p>

Cancellation policy<\/strong><\/h3>

Right of withdrawal<\/strong>
You have the right to cancel your registration in writing within 14 days without giving reasons. The revocation period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.<\/p>

In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the\u00a0Download sample revocation form here<\/a>\u00a0and use, but which is not mandatory.<\/p>

For the observance of the time limit, it is sufficient to send the revocation to the address in due time:

Consequences of withdrawal<\/strong>
If you revoke your contract, we must reimburse you for all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.<\/p>

In the event of an effective revocation, there is no longer a claim to the contractual performance. If this has already been rendered in whole or in part, usually by your participation in a seminar\/event, you are obliged to fulfil the agreed payment obligation proportionately.<\/p>

Room booking
<\/strong>Accommodation is not included in the seminar price. Accommodation must be booked by the participants themselves.<\/p>

Responsibility and liability<\/strong>
Each participant is fully responsible for his or her own actions. The organizer is only liable in case of intent or gross negligence. Any other liability claims are excluded. This applies in particular to physical injury and theft of any kind. Any illnesses must be communicated to the seminar leaders before the beginning of the event. The offered seminars do not replace medical treatment or therapy. The house rules must be followed.<\/p>

Photography and filming<\/strong>
At the International Ayurveda Symposium photos and film recordings will be made, on which the participants are partly recognizable. By registering for the event, you give your consent that these pictures may be used without restriction for private and\/or commercial purposes. This includes publication, distribution, use, editing and transfer in digital and print form by the organizer or third parties. Your consent is not limited in time or place and applies to all forms of distribution and publication. The future assertion of claims for injunction against the aforementioned use of the recordings is excluded.<\/p>
