Rational: Post rheumatoid arthritis knee joint flexion contracture is common complication and greater than 80° contracture challenging to manage. It is a common complication which occurs after a prolonged course of the rheumatoid arthritis. Patient was instructed to continue other Ayurvedic remedies given as the āmavāta (rheumatoid arthritis) treatment. After nāḍīsvedana goniometric assessment of the knees contracture was performed every week.
